Reservation & Cancellation Policy We require a 50% deposit to secure your reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to your Montana adventure. We accept personal checks or money orders for deposits and balances. Due to the uncertainty of fluctuating overhead costs, we reserve the right to raise final payment price without notice. If you cancel your reservation, your payments will not be refunded. Please make sure your reservation is the right choice for you !

 West Yellowstone is located in Montana right on the Western edge of Yellowstone National Park. We are approximately 95 miles south of Bozeman via the Gallatin Canyon and about 100 miles north of Idaho Falls. Local Airports and Ground Transportation For our Spring and Summer trips plan on flying into either Bozeman, MT or Idaho Falls, ID. West Yellowstone also has an airport for small aircraft that operates in the summer months. Another option would be to fly into Salt Lake City, UT or Jackson Hole, WY if you don’t mind driving further distances. Upon arrival you will want to arrange your own transportation via car rental or airport shuttle. From Bozeman Karst Stage offers shuttle services to West Yellowstone.
